6. Is there any cost to perform this Safety Recall?

Campaigns and recalls are performed free of charge.

7. Why did I receive an Interim Customer Notification Letter? Can I have the Recall repair performed now?

If you received an Interim Customer Notification letter, it is to inform customers of the Recall, but also to advise customers that all the required parts are still currently being manufactured. You will receive a Final Customer Notification Letter once parts are available and the repair can be performed.

8. How long will the recall repair take to perform?

This recall should take approximately 1-2 hours to complete.

9. I previously had the WH14 Campaign performed; do I still need to have the AH10 Recall performed?

Yes. The AH10 Recall still needs to be performed if open on your vehicle. Even if you previously had the WH14 Campaign performed, you WILL also need to have the AH10 Recall performed.

10. When will I receive information/form for reimbursement?

Porsche will reimburse customers who have previously paid for repairs related to this filter flange issue. You will receive instructions/form for the reimbursement process in the mail when the parts become available for repairs.

11. I currently do not still own my 2003-2006 Cayenne vehicle, but I did pay for this repair when I was the owner. Am I eligible for reimbursement? How do I receive reimbursement?

All previous owners of any 2003-2006 Porsche Cayenne in our database that are affected by the AH10 Recall, have been mailed a customer reimbursement form. If you have previously incurred out of pocket expense in relation to this Recall repair while you were the owner of the vehicle, please follow instructions on the form and submit for reimbursement consideration. If you did not receive a reimbursement form, you may find a copy on this website.

12. How quickly will I receive my reimbursement?

Once you have submitted your claim reimbursement form along with the necessary information to Garden City Group, LLC, all submitted documents and information will be reviewed for authenticity. If additional information is needed, you will be contacted directly by Garden City Group, LLC. Once all information is reviewed and verified, you will receive your reimbursement via check, which will be mailed directly to the address you provide on your form. Timing may depend on volume and completeness of documentation submitted; however, a general estimate is 4 to 10 weeks for processing from the time Garden City Group receives the final documentation required to complete your claim.
